As part of annual fiscal year-end operations, NWRDC has implemented a temporary Administrative Blackout period to support procurement coordination, year-end processing, and FY 26/27 rate development activities.
The blackout schedule is as follows:
• May 15 – July 6: Blackout period for purchases requiring FSU procurement approval
• June 1 – July 6: Blackout period for non-urgent service order requests
During this time, all other services, including expedited service orders, will continue to be processed as usual. Customers currently engaged in an active procurement process with NWRDC will continue receiving support throughout the process.
This temporary pause allows NWRDC teams to collect and validate critical quantity and consumption data necessary for accurate and timely FY 26/27 rate updates for partner agencies and customers.
