NWRDC Service Requests

Please visit our Service Portal to enter a ticket.  If you are unable to access the Service Portal or do not have an account, you can email request@nwrdc.fsu.edu and a ticket will be generated on your behalf.  If this is an emergency, or if your ticket requires after-hours or weekend attention, please call our 24x7 Operations Team at 850/645-3500.  They will forward your ticket to on-call staff.

Should you encounter any issues accessing the Service Portal or entering a ticket, please contact Operations at the number above or at IT_support@nwrdc.fsu.edu.  Please review the Service Portal User Guide for additional information.
