Maintenance and upgrades are typically scheduled during this time as well. An IPL is performed before production services are made available by 6:00AM.

Northwest Regional Data Center (NWRDC) would like to inform you upcoming BaaS maintenanceService(s): Atlanta Backup and Recovery ServicesMaintenance Start Time: Wednesday, October 4, 2023 0900 (ET)Maintenance End Time: Wednesday, October 4, 2023 2000 (ET)Service Availability: Atlanta BaaS Service InterruptionDetails: We will be performing a hardware upgrade to the Data Domain in Atlanta. During the maintenance, this Atlanta Data Domain and Atlanta Backup and Recovery Services will be offline, and there will be no backup or recovery activities possible for the Atlanta Avamar or Atlanta Networker during the upgrade. We will make our best effort to keep the outage as short as possible. We thank you for your patience as we work to improve Backup and Recovery services at the data center.
