Hours of Operation NWRDC office hours are between 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. ET, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All systems are available 24 x 7 x 365, except during preventive maintenance or systems testing periods.

System Maintenance

No computing services are available during preventive maintenance. During periods of system testing, services might be unavailable or unpredictable. Caution should be used when running critical jobs during these times.

System maintenance is scheduled for each Monday morning from 2:00 A.M. until 7:00 A.M. EST.
